Terms and conditions

1. Using Helen Vidler Portraits to commission a portrait you agree for the image of the final hand drawn portrait to be use by Helen Vidler on www.HelenVidler.co.uk and other Helen Vidler Portraits social media sites. If you do not wish Helen Vidler to be used in the image please put this requirement in writing by email or by post.
2. No images supplied by the client to Helen Vidler Portraits either by email, CD, USB stick or hard copy photos will be used on Helen Vidler’s web site or social media. Client information including names, addresses, e mail addresses, phone numbers etc will remain confidential regardless of whether a commission is undertaken or not. All information is kept off site.
3. A commission will not begin until a 30% deposit has been received.
4. The finished portrait will not be sent to the client until the remaining balance has been received.

COPYRIGHT FOR CLIENTS: – Clients are allowed to use the image of their portrait ( including on the USB stick supplied) for non commercial purposes but I retain full image rights

GUARANTEE: – If you are not happy to approve the finished portrait which I will e mail to you as a low resolution image, and I cannot improve it to your satisfaction, you are under no obligation to purchase the product. Your deposit will be returned to you in full.

If, during delivery, the portrait is lost or damaged then I will refund you the full cost.
